Grimco to acquire Proveer Sign & Graphics

Grimco Inc. and Proveer Sign & Graphics have a definitive agreement for Grimco to acquire the United States operations of Proveer Sign & Graphics. This acquisition provides Grimco with the opportunity to enhance its product offerings and strengthen its distribution warehouse infrastructure.

The Canadian operations of Proveer Sign & Graphics are excluded from the transaction and will remain under the ownership of affiliates of Liberty Lane Partners LLC and management.
