Ink designed to produce red shades of high light fastness

Lanaset® Red SI HS-5240 is the latest addition to Huntsman’s Lanaset’s® SI HS textile Inkjet range. This acid ink is based on Huntsman acid dye chemistry and is designed to produce red shades of very high light fastness in digital printing on nylon substrates.

In addition the product has benefits in the swimwear and other apparel sectors, offering printers a red ink with superior fastness properties over today’s commercially available inks. An innovation from the Huntsman inkjet group, this new product is an ecological water-based acid ink for high-speed printing on wool, polyamide, and silk. Huntsman Textile Effects is headquartered in Basel, Switzerland.
