Biggest boat wrap in the world

Cummins MerCruiser Diesel and large format printer Image Monster collaborated to create the world’s biggest boat wrap, a compelling vision of blue marlin and mahi-mahi.
The boat wrap, which was featured on the 60-foot QuadZeus at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, challenged Image Monster; the company had experience with car, van, truck and trailer wraps, but not with power boats zooming through water.
The team created a layout, computerized template, five-foot model and, finally, printed cast vinyl sheets measuring 54 by 150 inches. It took three installers three days to wrap the boat in water-resistant cast vinyl and apply extra sealer to prevent water damage.
