Wrap covers full-size commuter train
Fabric Graphics | March 2009
Avery Dennison Graphics and Reflective Products Division, Painesville, Ohio, reports that its MPI 1005 EZ and DOL 1000 products were printed (on an HP 9000) and applied by Wrapped Graphics of Stockton, Calif., to a full-size commuter train for Altamont Commuter Express (ACE). The train wrap was commissioned by the San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the ACE passenger rail service that runs between Stockton and San Jose. Wrapped Graphics used 1,500 feet of vinyl—and five days—to wrap the 82-foot-long by 15-foot-tall engine. Visit www.averygraphics.com.
