DuPont Digital Printing, Wilmington, Del., showcased its full line of DuPont Artistri inks for digital direct-to-textile printing at the Imprinted Sportswear Show (ISS), Jan.18–20, 2008 in Long Beach, Calif. As announced in October 2007, Artistri digital ink technology, previously available only as part of the DuPont Artistri digital printing for textiles system, will now be available broadly through select OEM partners and others.

Artistri inks are specially designed for direct-to-garment and roll-to-roll digital printing on a wide variety offabric types for printers using piezo-electric print heads. The aqueous based acid dye, disperse dye, reactive dye,and pigment inks are formulated with the same colorants as in traditional screen printing, and provide brilliant colors, sharp image quality and reliable jetting performance.
