Direct-to-fabric printer has on-board sublimation unit
Fabric Graphics | January 2010
The HeatWave DFP-64 direct-to-fabric digital printer from Splash of Color has an on-board sublimation unit to maintain the natural properties of printed materials and ensure high-quality images. With Roland’s Intelligent Pass Control technology and four piezo print heads, the printer offers speeds up to 230 square feet per hour. A temperature-controlled calendar system with infrared thermometer heats materials consistently, while an intelligent fabric handling system allows media control. The printer includes Roland VersaWorks RIP software, which features Max Impact Preset color management and the Roland Color Matching System.

looking for digital printer for silk
We are a textile company in los angeles ca, looking to purchase a digital printing machine for our designs. we print mostly on silk, but might start working on polyester also. we use silk charmeuse, silk chiffon, silk crepe de chine, and silk habotai. We want to print sample yardages on silk.
We are looking for a machine with a sticky belt that prints directly on the fabric. do you have any machines that you can recommend to us?
Also, do you sell any pre-treated silk fabrics? what is the cost of this and what would the minimum order be?
please get back to us as soon as you can, we would really appreciate it. thank you!
