    Fabric Testing

I am looking for a company that will test Polypropylene Fleece. This fabric is used mostly for thermal undergarments for military & professional end users. However I have invented a new type of thermal undergarment for the cold water survival industry & must have certain tests performed other than Thermal or Clo Value testing such as durability & fire et al performed in order for this new technology to be come deemed safe.
